Return Policy

No need to say we are almost sure you will be happy with the items you have ordered. Otherwise you will find details of our returns policy below. Medicine is considered a perishable good and therefore special conditions apply in regard to returns. Once delivered cannot be returned due to a simple reason – the product may be compromised by customer. If you receive a product and you are not entirely satisfied with it, please contact us immediately. Describe the problem in detail and also send pictures of the delivered items. The notification must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery. Please note that once the order is shipped there will be no refunds.

Damaged and Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, we will replace it free of charge.


Once we receive your order cancellation and before the order is shipped, we will process your refund. After the order is shipped, refunds cannot be made for medical items. Refunds are credited to the credit card you paid with. It may take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account.


Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfill an order is limited to the price of your order. These terms are in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions of sale.
