Anabolic Steroid Cycles

There are many forms of anabolic steroid cycles as the purpose of the cycle can take on many faces. We owe most of what we know of anabolic steroids, nutrition and training stem to the bodybuilding cult. However, steroid use goes far beyond bodybuilding. There are athletes looking for greater performance to everyday gym rats who want to look and feel better. Regardless of your purpose many anabolic steroid cycles will look the same in many ways. The doses may vary but it will be the food you eat that determines how big you really get.

Beginner Anabolic Steroid Cycle

If you have never supplemented with anabolic steroids, you have many options for your beginner cycle. Most will find a simple testosterone cycle to be the most efficient. Testosterone is very anabolic and androgenic and is usually very well-tolerated. If you begin with testosterone only you can gauge more accurately how your body reacts. However, a testosterone only cycle is not your only option. Many will find that moderate stacking with Dianabol or Winstrol will be useful. Keep in mind that if you add in other anabolic steroids and it does happen that you experience any side-effects, it can be difficult to pinpoint which steroid is causing the problem.

Stacking Steroids & Cycles

After the beginning phase stacking can come into play. Generally, most cycles will be broken to bulking and cutting phases and the various steroids will be stacked to meet this goal. Many anabolic steroids can be equally useful in any cycle. When stacking various steroids, you want to choose those that complement one another best and efficient.

Steroid Cycle Duration

There is no bullet proof time frame for an anabolic steroid cycle. However, some steroids need to be used for a longer time while others should only be used for a short time. It can be said that any anabolic steroid cycle, that lasts less than 8 weeks is generally a waste as the body needs time to adapt. It needs time to become accustomed to the activity. As for a longer cycle duration it is unfortunately impossible to set an exact time frame. Most will not extend use past the 16-week mark and they will generally take a break for 12-16 weeks before another cycle. Some will choose to stick with plan for longer than 16 weeks and still remain healthy, changing the stack approximately every 8 weeks while maintaining testosterone as a base the entire duration.

Sample Cycles & Stacks

We have provided some examples for you here. The exact doses and total duration may need to be adjusted to meet your needs. You will find each one to be very effective and efficient but should only be undertaken by those with experience. If you are a beginner, please stick with the beginner’s cycles discussed above.

Bulking Level 1:

  • Week 1-6 Dianabol 30mg-50mg per day
  • Week 1-12 Deca-Durabolin 200mg-400mg per week
  • Week 1-16 Testosterone 500mg-750mg per week

Bulking Level 2:

  • Week 1-6 Dianabol 50mg per day
  • Week 1-12 Deca-Durabolin 400mg-600mg per week
  • Week 11-20 Trenbolone-Acetate 75mg every other day
  • Week 1-20 Testosterone 1,000mg per week

Cutting Level 1:

  • Week 1-8 Long Ester Testosterone 250mg every other day
  • Week 1-8 Equipoise 200mg every other day
  • Week 9-16 Testosterone-Propionate 200mg every other day
  • Week 9-16 Trenbolone-Acetate 75mg-100mg every other day

Cutting Level 2:

  • Week 1-8 Long Ester Testosterone 250mg every other day
  • Week 1-8 Equipoise 200mg-300mg every other day
  • Week 9-16 Testosterone-Propionate 200mg every other day
  • Week 9-16 Trenbolone-Acetate 100mg every other day to every day
  • Week 9-16 Stanozolol 50mg every other day
  • Week 13-16 Masteron 100mg every other day (Propionate versions only)
