Athletic cycle is for the athletes that are looking for speed, strength and power. Weight gain may or may not be desired but can be controlled with a proper diet. Weight gains are not possible without adequate calories. Many tend to forget that anabolic steroids are largely dependent on the food we eat.

Type of Testosterone

Testosterone won’t be the base of this cycle. However, it is included to provide the body with testosterone it will need. When supplementing with anabolic steroids, natural testosterone production is suppressed. With that we risk producing low testosterone symptoms.

Notes:

  • Testosterone dose may or may not need to be adjusted. 100-150mg a week will be enough to keep the optimal testosterone level without aromatization.
  • Anastrozole is not listed (nor is any anti-estrogen). This is something you may have to use by feeling. There will be some aromatase activity. 0.25-0.5mg 1-3 times per week may be needed. Each individual will need different dose.
  • Nandrolone: A low-end dose is listed with the purpose to increase the individual’s recovery time, which is the key component to any training or performance plan. This will protect the athletes’ joints and often relieve joint pain that already exists. Some may need to increase the dose but 200mg is a good starting point.
  • Winstrol: This is where athlete’s strength and speed will be increased. Use doesn’t start until week 5 into the cycle to allow time for the Nandrolone to build-up in the body. Higher dosages than suggested are not recommended due to the liver stress this may cause.
  • HCG: It is recommended that HCG is a part of your testosterone cycle. Adding HCG will prevent testicular atrophy, which will occur with testosterone use. When we use testosterone or any anabolic steroid, we suppress our natural testosterone production. HCG will keep the natural production online. That will make post cycle recovery far more effective. 250-350mg of HCG two times per week will suffice for most.
